Once your order is confirmed by payment of a either deposit or Designer Fee, there are several pieces of information required to prepare for both the Digital Resource Package and Student Planner including logo, school colours, school timetable structure etc. Ideally, we use your school’s Style Guide document to get the colours and fonts correct. This process requires back and forth communication. We aim to respond as quickly as we can. We expect delays on the client side because school staff are always busy. Once you have decided to proceed we encourage you to keep a checklist and prioritise the communication required. Please call us if you need urgent information.

Our graphic designer will prepare your planner document for your approval. It may take 4 to 5 weeks to take the resource to the approved stage.

If you have ordered only the Digital Package, delivery occurs as soon as we receive your balance of payment.

The Laminated Student Wall Planner normally takes a further 2 to 3 weeks to go to print and delivery as we normally print run in bulk, by combining orders. This is to save time and costs – thereby allowing us to keep your price down. Delivery is not dependent on your balance of payment because balance of payment follows delivery – according to agreed terms.
